Onboard
After signing up, our 100% white glove service makes onboarding a breeze. For us to start monitoring your policies, you'll simply provide us with your policy URLs, and we'll add them to your portal for future access.
Our customers don't need to, but if there's a desire to log into the portal, we're happy to help you get logged in.
Monitor
Your policies will be monitored as part of a collection schedule. If our systems detect a change to any of your policies, snapshots of your entire policy will be captured automatically.
We'll also send you an email letting you know a snapshot was created and provide a convenient link to your policy.
Snapshots
We capture all of the text within your policies, as well as take a full-page screenshot that captures all of the visual elements.
Our verified seal is automatically applied to the text-based versions of your snapshots.

Prove
Hopefully you never need to prove your policies, but if you do, we've got you covered.
