What is Policy Validation?
Your policies will be monitored as part of a collection schedule. If our systems detect a change to any of your policies, snapshots of your entire policy will be captured automatically.
We’ll also send you an email letting you know a snapshot was created and provide a convenient link to your policy.

Your policies will be monitored as part of a collection schedule that runs weekly, which is sufficient for most businesses.

What Does a Snapshot Include?
We capture all of the text within your policies, as well as take a full-page screenshot that captures all of the visual elements. Our verified seal is automatically applied to the text-based versions of your snapshots.
How Many Snapshots Are Saved?
For as long as your Policy Proof subscription is active, we will capture and retain every policy revision indefinitely. This applies to both the text-based and full-page screenshots.
